Several people have asked, so I thought I would write a quick post and share several tools that I use at the gym. These things are very helpful to tracking all of my health related stats.
I was looking for a good “before” shot to at least try to see what I looked like at my heaviest. This picture was taken April 2, 2011. I started trying to lose weight about 7 weeks after this was taken, so I should be pretty close to my heaviest in this picture.

I have a problem.
Many of you know my story by now. Since the end of May, I have lost about 95 pounds. It has been tough, but very much worth the effort. This isn’t the problem. I have noticed a bit of a skewed image when I look at myself in the mirror.
