I was looking for a good “before” shot to at least try to see what I looked like at my heaviest.  This picture was taken April 2, 2011.  I started trying to lose weight about 7 weeks after this was taken, so I should be pretty close to my heaviest in this picture.

I did it! I hit my first goal today.  If you remember, I started this weight loss program at 343.  Today I hit 273.8.  That is 69.2 pounds lost since I started.  You can see the graph of my weight loss progress below.
